Mobile Car Lockout

Locked out beside a running pump, a beach lot or your own driveway: the truck comes to the car.

What this service actually involves

A lockout call is judged on two things: how fast the truck arrives and whether the car shows any sign afterward. Dispatch gives you the honest window for where you actually are, and the entry is non-destructive, wedge and reach tool, the same approach on a work truck as on a German sedan.

Two situations jump every queue and deserve saying so on the phone: a child or a pet inside the car, which also merits 911 alongside us, and an engine running at a fuel pump. Everything else gets triaged honestly, South Florida heat included in the math.

Questions, answered straight

A child is locked in the car. What do I do?

Call 911 first, then us: emergency services treat it as the emergency it is and so does our dispatch. In Florida sun, minutes matter, and nobody will criticize a broken far window that beat everyone to the child.

How fast can you get here?

Depends where you and the nearest truck are, and you get the real number on the phone. When a van is already working nearby the wait can be minutes; when it is not, you hear the truth instead of a sales figure.

My keys are visible on the seat.

Maddening and completely standard. The door opens without damage and you are back in motion; consider the spare-key page after your blood pressure settles.
