Motorcycle Keys
Bike keys are small, lose easily, and half of them now carry chips. The van covers both halves.
What this service actually involves
Motorcycle key work spans everything from a plain blade for an older Honda to transponder-equipped keys on late-model bikes with HISS, Kawasaki's and Suzuki's immobilizer systems and Harley fobs. Lost-all-keys on a bike often means decoding the ignition or reading the seat lock, tighter work than a car door but the same discipline.
Scooters, dirt bikes with aftermarket ignitions, and top-case and saddlebag locks are all standard calls. What the van will not do is defeat a lock on a bike you cannot show belongs to you; ownership checks are tighter on motorcycles precisely because they vanish so easily.
Questions, answered straight
My bike has a red key I never used.
On several Ducati and other European models that red key is the master that teaches new keys. If it is truly gone, the job changes and sometimes involves the dealer; bring it up on the call and we route you honestly.
Can you make a key from the ignition?
Yes, decoding the ignition or another lock on the bike is the standard lost-key path. Registration and ID first, always.
The fork lock is stuck.
Common on bikes parked outdoors near salt air. Usually serviceable in place without replacing the lock set.
